Description

Our Drawing and Painting class offers a comprehensive introduction to various artistic techniques and media, including drawing, acrylics, and oil colors. Students begin with foundational drawing skills, such as working with lines, shapes, perspective, and still-life compositions, then progress to advanced techniques like shading, texturing, and capturing subjects from nature and the human form. Painting skills are developed through hands-on practice with acrylics and oils, focusing on color mixing, brush control, and layering effects. For students interested in exploring additional media, both watercolor and pastel painting are available upon request, providing opportunities to experiment with vibrant blending, layering, and unique texture techniques.
