We understand that students may occasionally need to miss a class. One missed class is allowed per three-month period.

Additional missed classes may be eligible for a make-up class only when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided and space is available in another suitable class.

Make-up classes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If no notice is provided, a make-up class will not be available. Missed classes that cannot be made up cannot be transferred to future courses or refunded.

If you expect to arrive late, please notify us before the class begins. For personal circumstances or schedule-change requests, please contact us privately.
